Nirmal Jeet Singh Katoch who is the founder of our organisation comes with rich experience of 25 Years in various business industries.

(Managing Director)

Started to work in a very young age, primarily by acquiring knowledge in Marketing Management and gaining top notch work experiences, he quickly got his feet wet in the world of finance beginning with the field of sales and direct marketing, which demanded hard work, efforts and discipline. It wasn’t long before he decided to take it to the next level and Dipika Fincon Pvt. Ltd. was founded on Feb 1997.

Being a financial consultant and working as a direct sales associate for over 30 banks and NBFC’s, he has a great knowledge of finance and hold on a large base of corporate as well as, more than 25,000 retail satisfied customers. He has been working in this field since last 25 years.

Apart from this, he has a broad knowledge and vast experience in various other business industries and fields like Consultancy and Finance, Dairy Farming, Construction, Travel tourism, Energy resources like Oils and Lubricants.

After a few years of rightly carrying this business out, the founder of our company planned to expand the business and broaden our horizons by starting with the business of Dairy farming. Slowly our company also engaged into the business of Construction and hiring equipments for construction works and gradually we started to explore the business of energy resources and initiated the sales and distribution of Energy products like Oils and lubricants.

 

SANDHYA KATOCH

(Director)

Being the Director and pillar of our organisation, she has always been diligent, persistent and has an exceptional quality to adapt and adjust in every situation, with a broad knowledge of the business. She has 22 years of experience in consumer finance and Home Loans / Loan against Property and a large base of satisfied customers, therefore she is highly proficient in resolving the day to day operational as well as costumer related queries.

 

SANTOSH PANDEY

(Head of Operations)

Being the head of operations, he is technically sound and has the competence of resolving all of the legal matters related to property. He has over 20 years of experience in back-end operations in Consumer Finance and Home Loans / Loan against Property. He is a person of wide-ranging skills and great versatility who works strategically and ensures that all of our operations run smoothly and that people are productive.

 

RANBIR THAKUR

(Operations Manager)

Our operations manager who has a key role in our management team and works towards analyzing and improving all of the work processes of our company to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency. He has 20 years of work experience in back-end operations in Home Loans / Loan against Property.
